Zena co-founded Star Rubber in 2002 and they has never looked back since then Zena takes care of accounts and the day to day management of star rubber.

Nathan is responsible for the high quality Tiger Mulch and Agri-Flex installations, he heads up our installation teams to ensure the work done onsite is again to the highest standards.

Jack is at the forefront of our communications. He is in charge of customer relations, taking orders and arranging transport. for any product delivery needs jack is your man.

Sam is our sales manager and he deals with all of our sales enquiries and hunting down new clients for our products be it site installations or tools and 2D or 3D Graphics.

Travis is responsible for the colouration of our high quality Tiger Mulch and Agri-Flex products Star Rubber produce. He overseas the coloration process ensuring that every batch of coloured product is manufactured to the highest of standards. he is also our head mixer operator and assists nathan on every site.

Tom is our head machine operator , he operates anything from fork lifts and telehandlers in the yard to diggers and dumpers on site. he is also our head trowel man and assists nathan on every site job.

Tylar is encharge of quality control for our tigermulch and agriflex aswell as operating the bagging plant. Tylar is responsible for bagging the majority of our fantastic products.
